Dr Suzanne Ogden

Suzanne qualified as a Doctor of Clinical Psychology at the University of Lincoln. She has worked in the NHS for 13 years, specialising over the past 9 years in working with adults who experience complex mental health difficulties.
Suzanne offers evidence based therapeutic interventions. She has completed post-doctoral training in Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Attachment Focussed Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (AF-EMDR), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Compassion Focussed Therapy (CFT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) techniques.
Over recent years Suzanne has developed a specialist interest in working with people who have experienced psychological trauma.
Suzanne is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) as a Practitioner Psychologist and is a Chartered member of the British Psychological Society (BPS).
