Suzanne Ogden Therapy

I qualified as a Doctor of Clinical Psychology at the University of Lincoln in 2010.  I have worked in the NHS for 19 years, specialising over the past 14 years in working with adults who experience a broad range of mental health difficulties.   ​

 

I offer evidence based therapeutic interventions.  I have completed post-doctoral training in Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Attachment Focussed Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (AF-EMDR), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Compassion Focussed Therapy (CFT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) techniques. ​​

 

I have developed a specialist interest in trauma and attachment.​

 

I am registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) as a Practitioner Psychologist.
