Dr Suzanne Ogden

Suzanne qualified as a Doctor of Clinical Psychology at the University of Lincoln. She has worked in the NHS for 16 years, specialising over the past 12 years in working with adults who experience complex mental health difficulties.   

Suzanne offers evidence based therapeutic interventions.  She has completed post-doctoral training in Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Attachment Focussed Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (AF-EMDR), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Compassion Focussed Therapy (CFT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) techniques. 

Over recent years Suzanne has developed a specialist interest in working with people who have experienced psychological trauma.

Suzanne is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) as a Practitioner Psychologist and is a Chartered member of the British Psychological Society (BPS).
